OSU Research and Technology Transfer Office wins three awards
Stillwater , Okla. — The Office of the Vice President for Research and Technology Transfer received three awards at the recent 2007 Oklahoma Collegiate Public Relations Association annual meeting.
Jana Smith, OSU research communications specialist, won an Achievement Award in the Cover Design Category for the Commemorative Edition of Vanguard—100 Years of Research and Beyond. Smith also received an Honorable Mention in the Magazine Category for Vanguard.
Darla Duncan, manager of operations for the research office, and Smith received an Achievement Award in the Events/Campaigns/Promotions Category for Research Week 2007—100 Years of Research and Beyond.
The Oklahoma Collegiate Public Relations Association is a professional organization for people who work in public relations, development and alumni programs at higher education institutions in the state.
