IACUC 101 to be held… WHEN: Wednesday, February 21, 2007 WHERE: ConocoPhillips OSU Alumni Center, Stillwater, Oklahoma State University COSTS: $225 if registered before December 31, 2006 $250 if registered after January 1, 2007 IACUC 101 is a full day program covering historical perspectives, key components of an animal care and use program, IACUC functions, program evaluations and inspections, protocol review and personnel qualifications and training.
ANNOUNCEMENT DETAILED INFORMATION (Paper Registration
Form) EARLY REGISTRATION & CANCELLATION Early registration will close Friday, December 31, 2006. If you wish to receive the discounted rate of $225, register before then. After that date, registration will be $250. Cancellations before January 1, 2007 will be refunded in full minus a handling fee of $25. Cancellations after January 1, 2007 will receive half of the original registration fee. No refunds will be given after February 1, 2007. The registration fee includes attendance to all sessions, course syllabus and materials, continental breakfast, refreshment breaks, and lunch. Oklahoma State University (OSU) reserves the right to cancel all programs and return all fees. OSU is not responsible for any losses incurred by registrants including, but not limited to, airline cancellation charges or hotel deposits. For questions or special arrangements contact:
