License Agreement

A license agreement is a document whereby the owner of a particular intellectual property conveys to another party, for a fee, the right to use that intellectual property.

At OSU, license agreements covering patents, copyrights, and other intellectual property are prepared by the Office of Intellectual Property Management (IPM).
